Shipping Timelines

United States: After an order has been placed you will receive an email or text confirmation that it was received by our warehouse. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date that can range from 2-4 business days.   

Canada: After an order has been placed you will receive an email or text confirmation that it was received by our warehouse. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date that can range from 2-8 business days.   

Shipping Rates

United States: For US orders we offer free shipping.

Rest of World: For nondomestic orders we offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD. For all other purchases we charge a flat rate of $5 USD.

Couriers

United States: For US orders we will ship your package with USPS.

International Shipping

We currently only accept orders and ship orders to the United States.  

PO Box Shipping

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPD addresses.

Received a Damage Product

If your product was damaged in the mail please send us an email at [email protected] with a picture of the damaged product and your order #. If the damage impacts your experience using our products, we will be happy to send you replacement products.

Our system is designed to get your order processed, packed, and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. If you change your mind about your order, please email us at [email protected] with the information below and we will do our best to cancel or change the order before it gets sent out.
